RECEPTION INFO
Entrance Code(IMPORTANT): Our building and property are accessed by Entrance Code. We will send you the code before check in. If you don’t receive via email or OTA message, please contact us at check in date.
Reception Office Hours: From 10:00AM to 3:00PM
Check-in Time: After 2:00PM; Late check-in is available for guests who pay upfront. We will leave envelope with keys and WIFI passwords inside at reception.
Check-out Time: Before 11:00AM; Late check out is not available.
PAYMENT
Pay at Reception: Cash, VISA/Mastercard Debit/Credit Card.
Online Reservations: VISA/Mastercard Credit Card only.
Group Reservations: VISA/Mastercard Debit/Credit Card, Bank transfer.
**All reservations are required a Payment Pre-Authorization before checking in. Pre-Authorization is a temporary hold placed on a customer’s payment card to verify that the account is valid and has sufficient funds to cover a pending transaction.
FACILITIES INFO
Entertainment & Work: High speed WIFI is free of charge in whole area. Computers, TV at living area and Library are available.
Bedding: Pillow, Bed sheet, Blanket/Lining, Bedside socket. Towels are available and require deposit for using.
Kitchen (shared): Free of charge under regulations; Refrigerator, Kitchen facilities, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Water heater etc. are available.
Toilets and Bathroom (shared): 24h hot water, hair dryer, toilet paper.
Self-service Laundry: $3 for washing, $3 for drying.
Health & Safety: Heating & Cooling Central Air Conditioning in all rooms. Ventilation system 7/24H running in all rooms. Locker in all share rooms. Smoke/Fire alarm in all rooms. CCTV at common area.
Parking: There are no on-site parking at Newton Lodge, but parking on street around us are affordable.

HOUSE REGULATIONS
Restrictions:
No Smoking/ No Alcohol/ No Drug/No Pets in whole building. Visitors are not allowed if you don’t get permission at reception. Guests under 16 years old are not allowed. Food/beverage are not allowed inside rooms, and if cause any stain at beds, carpet, walls etc., damage fine will apply.
Chek-in Procedure: ID/Passport required(each guest); Contact details required; Pay upfront required. Late (After office hours) check-in guest should complete at office hours tomorrow.
